Update: The pharmacy replied to my review claiming they shipped my medication today and that I only called twice. However, my doctor's clinic contacted them directly tonight, and the pharmacy admitted to the medical staff that the medication was never sent and won't be posted until tomorrow. They lied in their public response to cover up their negligence."

Been getting endlessly stuffed around by the receptionist Helen in absolutely every possible way , had to ask 6 or 7 times just to ask how do I access my medication, in return I get sarcastic responses, and still didn't answer my simple question on how do I order my medication, next day I rang she was abruptly rude saying she sent invoices an never did then I asked if she could do it while I was on phone , she said done and abruptly hung up. I was promised medication would be sent Monday never was, I contacted again explaining that I have anxiety an it's causing me mental stress an also that I was out of my medication, she brushed it off with be sent today , never was again. I've been stuck in this loop with this this person making life as difficult as possible an really don't understand why, ordering medicine is usually a simple process. However I've been met with nothing but hostility an negligence, an im just a patient trying to access his medication. I hope this reaches someone who can flag this as unacceptable, pasted her sarcastic comment on a basic question how do I access my medication an this is what I get... ..
