Refund policy
Prescription and Scheduled Medicines
If you are unhappy with your prescription at the time it is received, we will send you replacement or refund your purchase.
If your product is damaged during transit, we will organise a replacement within 24hrs. All you need to do is take a photo and email us with your order number.
We do not take responsibility for items uncollected in the mail room or when the incorrect delivery address is provided. We appreciate your understanding.
Non-Prescription Items
For all non-prescription items, we are giving you the confidence to try our products.
If you are unsatisfied with the products within 30 days for any reason, follow the instructions below:
1) Send us an email to howdy@medicii.com.au with your Order #.
2) Post the remaining products back so we can investigate and improve.
3) Your Refund will be processed within 24hrs of us receiving the goods. We will send an email to notify you once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days for the money to appear in your account.
