1. Your Declaration

By purchasing products from us, you:

• Accept that any prescription cancellations may attract a 20% surcharge of the total order cost when you deliberately provide misinformation, impersonate another person or organisation;
• prescription package cancellations or changes may attract a $89 medical fee payable to the prescribing doctor, plus a $30 admin fee to provide you the service;
• Accept that it is your responsibility to notify us if the shipping address is incorrect or has changed;
• Accept that it is your responsibility to ensure that personal information provided to us is kept current so we can formally communicate with you;
• Accept that we may contact you via email or SMS from time to time so we can formally communicate with you about your recent order(s) with us;
• Accept that your account may be suspended or terminated if we determine the information you have provided to us is untrue;
• Accept your account may be suspended or terminated if you are in breach of the Terms of Use;
• Acknowledge that the product information and content on the Website are general in nature and do not take into account your specific needs or circumstances. You agree if you rely solely on the information provided on the Website, you do so entirely at your risk; and
