SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

 

AUSTRALIA 

Australian Capital Cities                                             1 - 3 Business Days

Western Australia & Tasmania                                   2 - 3 Business Days

(Delays may occur outside non-capital cities for each State and Territory)

Our orders are shipped within 48hrs in 99% of cases to ensure customers receive their products ASAP. If there are expected delays on our end, we will notify you. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Tuesday.

You must notify us immediately if you do not receive your order within 7 days of the expected time frame so that we can assist you with tracking. We do not take responsibility for uncollected items left in the mail room or at Australia Post Parcel Collection points. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS

Once the parcel arrives in your country, it is given to your local courier. We have found sometimes it may take less time than indicated and other times it can take an extra 1-2 days. Please contact us for any concerns you may have or if you do not receive your order within the expected time frame.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe and cannot track your parcel, please notify us at hello@elledermaustralia.com

Excellent customer service is important to us. We will endeavour to ensure all products are in stock. In the event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you within 24hrs of placing your order.
